I’m Nicola, the founder of Nicola Louise Osteopathy

Specialist Osteopathy & Clinical Lymphatic Therapy. Evidence-informed recovery for post-operative, oncology, and chronic pain patients.

I'm a registered osteopath with a First-Class Honours degree, and a long-standing background in soft tissue therapy and lymphatic health.

Before qualifying in osteopathy, I trained to Level 5 in clinical massage and built my practice supporting people with everything from niggling aches and postural strains, to spinal injuries, cancer treatment side effects, and post-operative care.

I'm also a specialist in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), and regularly work with those recovering from cosmetic or orthopaedic surgery, or managing long-term conditions such as lymphoedema and lipoedema.

Whether you’re in pain, recovering from surgery, or simply feeling out of sync with your body, I aim to create a space that helps you move forward — with evidence-informed treatment to support your health and healing.

Outside of clinic, I’ve trained in martial arts for many years — previously a kickboxer, competed in competitions under K1 rules, an instructor, and now a proud brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. It keeps me grounded, focused, and (just like clinic work) always learning.
